Financial Analyst

The Brightman recruitment аgency is looking for a Financial Analyst for its large client.

Our client is one of the fastest growing outsourcing companies in the field of custom software development for leading companies from the USA, Western Europe and Asia.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Forming metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of departments and individual projects.
• Developing and supporting dashboards for monitoring indicators.
• Conducting analysis to identify process optimization points.
• Generating ideas to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Preparing financial forecasts.

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬:

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Work experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role; successful experience in creating metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards is desirable.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data processing and analysis.
• Ability to work with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of statistics, regression, cluster analysis, etc.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
