An established American company is looking for Customer Service Specialists who are fluent in both Spanish and English (B2 level or higher). If you enjoy working with people and want to grow professionally, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Answering and managing incoming phone calls

• Handling and organizing documentation

• Maintaining excellent communication with clients and partners (insurance companies, hospitals, medical offices, etc.) in English

• Evening to night shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher)

• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
