Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET + Vue.js)

Andersen is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET + Vue.js) to enhance a cloud-based meeting management platform, improving scheduling, collaboration, and secure document workflows.

The customer is a leading provider of meeting management solutions that streamline scheduling, organization, collaboration, and document handling. Their platform helps organizations improve communication, boost productivity, and ensure secure, efficient meeting processes.

The project is focused on enhancing the current product in line with the Product Owner’s priorities. It delivers end-to-end, cloud-based meeting management solutions that support councils, boards, committees, and staff in improving transparency, stakeholder engagement, and overall efficiency.

Technology stack on the project: C#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Vue.js, Azure (App Insights, B2C, CDN, WAF, ACR, Container Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, SQL DB, SignalR, Storage, Cognitive Search, Data Factory, vNet), AutoMapper, FluentValidation, Serilog, SendGrid, LaunchDarkly.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Defining and implementing software architecture and technical standards.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET (C#) and Vue.js.
• Overseeing and guiding the development team, ensuring effective task distribution and progress tracking.
• Conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to team members.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to Agile development practices and participating in sprint planning and reviews.
• Continuously improving development processes and promoting best practices.

Must-haves:

• Experience in software development for 4+ years.
• Proficiently using .NET (C#) and related technologies.
• Working with Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks.
• Designing and implementing software architecture and system design.
• Leading and managing development teams.
• Evaluating, integrating, and applying AI tools and platforms to enhance workflows and functionality.
• Applying Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
