PowerBI Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Lead key parts of the transition from Anaplan to Vena, including moving from QlikSense to Microsoft Power BI.

• Build and maintain Power BI solutions integrated with Vena, adding new features as needed.

• Support users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience designing future Power BI architecture together with integrators and internal product teams.

• Strong skills in gathering and clarifying business requirements for reports and dashboards.

• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports/dashboards in Power BI (Desktop + Service).

• Proficiency in building and optimizing data models (DAX, Power Query).

• Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, ERP, CRM, APIs).

• Knowledge of setting up data refresh and managing permissions in Power BI Service.

• Ability to analyze and visualize key business metrics.

• Confidence in training users and explaining Power BI solutions in clear, simple terms.
