Marketing manager/Influence manager

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Influence Manager who will help us build strong relationships with influencers, local agencies, and contractors in Serbia.

What you will do:

• Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy

• Interact with local opinion leaders, bloggers, PR and marketing agencies

• Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, copywriting, design)

• Monitor task execution, prepare reports and presentations

• Track key marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, ROI) and suggest improvements

• Plan projects, set priorities, and monitor efficiency

We expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising

• Understanding of key marketing channels and tools, especially in digital

• Skills in working with CMS, CRM, and marketing tools (email marketing, trackers, reporting)

• English at B2 level or higher, Serbian — fluent

• Negotiation skills, systematic approach, ability to meet deadlines

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with bloggers and opinion leaders

• Skills in collaborating with external agencies and contractors

• Participation in large-scale marketing projects

Conditions:

• Flexible start time (between 9:00 and 10:00), 5/2
