We're looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Country Management team in the (MENA) region. This is a new position created to support our continued business growth. The role is based in our St. Petersburg office.
Key Responsibilities
Set tasks and monitor the execution of plans, ensuring that the team meets its targets.
Analyze the reasons for a decline in performance and develop effective solutions to address them.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team results and overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills with excellent public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in setting goals and tracking team KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to be results-oriented and resilient under pressure.
Fluency in both English and Russian. (Any additional languages are a plus.)
Desired Skills
Experience in team management, including mentorship, oversight, and motivation.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI.
Any additional languages are a plus.
