CFO– International Fintech Project (Remote, Moscow Time)

Cozmo is a fintech project operating in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. We are looking for a CFO to oversee financial operations and strategy for our international markets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the project's financial flows.
• Oversee accounting across business units.
• Determine the most efficient channels for cross-border transactions.
• Participate in business process development and budgeting, as well as financial modeling.
• Monitor budget execution for countries and business units, including detailed cost analysis.
• Coordinate with investors' financial departments.
• Optimize tax structures, oversee tax planning and reporting.
• Organize audits of business units and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) regulations.
  
  В ваши обязанности будет входить управление финансовыми потоками проекта, контроль бухгалтерского учета в бизнес-подразделениях, участие в разработке бизнес-процессов и бюджетировании, в финансовом моделировании, а также контроль исполнения бюджета по странам и бизнес-подразделениям, контроль налогового планирования обеспечение соблюдения правил контролируемых иностранных компаний.

What We Expect From You:

• Higher education in finance or economics.
• Experience in credit institutions or Big 4 (Due Diligence / Audit – Financial Sector) is required.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning and control, financial and tax risk assessment, and management accounting optimization.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA) are a plus.
• Experience working with foreign jurisdictions.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Proactive, business-oriented approach with a track record of process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Proven experience in implementing financial process changes, increasing efficiency, modernization, and building systems from scratch.

  - Высшее финансовое или экономическое образование, опыт работы в кредитных организациях или компаниях «Большой четверки» (Due Diligence/Аудит – Финансовый сектор) обязателен, отличные навыки бюджетирования, финансового планирования, опыт оценки финансовых и налоговых рисков.
  - Опыт работы на аналогичной должности не менее 3 лет.
  - Наличие профессиональных сертификатов (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA) приветствуется.
  - Уровень английского языка не ниже B1.
