Обязанности: - Achieve the company’s corporate sales turnover and budget targets.
- Actively acquire new customers for both short-term (monthly) and long-term car rentals in the Astana region, generating new customer turnover.
- Manage the existing customer portfolio to ensure continuity and growth of turnover.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and complaints from the managed portfolio.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Требования: - Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the service or car rental industry.
- Knowledge of the Astana market and potential corporate client portfolio.
- Strong analytical thinking and system-building capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation abilities, and a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in Kazakh, English and Russian.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
