MEP Designer (HVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify project needs and document requirements.
• Design of HVAC systems.
• Select of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Сalculation.
• Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities.
• Conducting site visits periodically to ongoing execution projects to check installation quality and progress.
• Supervise CAD drafters by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy.

Education and qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

Work experience:

• 3+ years experience as MEP Designer (HVAC)
• Have experience using AutoCAD to draw system plans. (Knowledge of Revit will be plus);
• Have experience with international codes. (ASHRAE)

• Verbal and written skills in English
