HR Generalist

OpiniQ Limited is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in our Limassol office. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Support of the full HR cycle: from onboarding to employee development and offboarding.
• Onboarding: design and facilitation of induction programs.
• Learning and Development: identification of training needs, organization and coordination of internal and external training initiatives.
• Performance Management: support of employee evaluation processes, participation in the development and implementation of individual development plans.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: tracking and analysis of HR metrics (turnover, engagement, cost of hire, etc.), preparation of reports for management.
• Corporate Culture and Communications: contribution to the development of company values, employee engagement, organizational initiatives and events.
• Employee Relations: resolution of workplace issues and providing consultation to employees on labor and employment matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• English from B1, fluent Russian
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient in HRIS systems
