HumanLab is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the client’s team.
The company is an advertising network for Web3 projects with its headquarters in Estonia.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively searching for and acquiring new clients in international markets;
- Building and developing long-term partnerships, including agencies and strategic companies;
- Conducting product presentations and negotiations with decision-makers;
- Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing;
- Preparing commercial proposals and participating in deal structuring and terms negotiation;
- Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of leads and partners in CRM.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management;
- Fluent English (C1);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships;
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and initiating conversations;
- Ability to work with data, analyze markets, and evaluate potential deals;
- Excellent time management and self-organization;
- Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally.
Nice to have
- Work experience in marketing/advertising/crypto.
