Duties and responsibilities

· Procurement plan draw up and carry out

- Monitor various regulations related to pack packaging and making up action plans accordingly

and collaborating with related departments

- Develop an appropriate procurement plan aligns with the company's business objectives

at the lowest possible cost

- Continuously apply to work by collecting the latest peer's trends and Design technologies in

carton/blank field.

- Keep supply chain stability by analysis the supplier information, raw material data and solving

any issues or putting alternative plans in place.

· Potential Supplier searching and analyzing the relevant data

- Find suitable suppliers and collect purchase-related information such as raw material price and

estimation of transaction price in the same industry.

- Using the analyzed data, select the optimal supplier pool and determine the criteria of base price

for sourcing.

· Negotiation with suppliers and supporting of purchase contracts

- Develop and implement plans to optimize purchase price and improve efficiency.

- Lead negotiations with suppliers in the direction of maximizing the interests of the company and

its shareholders based on Procurement plan.

- Select the supplier in a fair way while complying with the relevant laws and regulations to enter

into a purchase contract.

· Cost analysis and Supplier evaluation

- Regularly analyze contract prices and effects to actively find opportunities to reduce

Procurement costs in Eurasia factories.

- Evaluate suppliers regularly to select superior suppliers and strengthen partnerships between

companies and suppliers.

· Risk Management and Compliance

- Identify potential supply chain risks and suggest alternatives.

- Prepare contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions.

- Check the extent to compliance of regulated Procurement policies or local legislations and find

improvement points, then report to HQ SCM and Eurasia SCM.

· Serve as a champion among CIC, HQ SCM and Eurasia factories.

- Communicate with mangers in each field (brand, production, purchasing in region) for new product launching and production efficiency.

- Participation and support of test printing related to blank and tip paper etc. are required.

· Conduct ad-hoc tasks assigned by upper supervisors and HQ SCM.

Qualifications

• Experience

+10 years of Package material Procurement experience in FMCG or +5 years in Tobacco

Package industry.

+3 years of Regional Procurement Manager (or above) experience in Eurasia region.

• Skills

Strategic/critical thinking skill for Procurement planning

Proficient in reporting (written/verbal both)

• Language : English (Pre-Intermediate or higher)

• Knowledge

Understanding the purchasing process

Package design readability and quality comprehension

Excel High level(Array Function or Power Query, Power BI)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above (majored in Procurement, Management or a related field))
