1. Research and application of standards and regulations to improve the group's technical
capabilities in related fields
2. Development and innovation of new service technologies
3. Pre-sales technical support for sales
4. Services for improving customers' product quality
5. Development of service project implementation resources
6. Technical support for market promotion
Requirements:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to relevant majors from 985/211/Double First-Class universities, such as Materials Science and Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Textile Science and Engineering, Dyeing and Finishing Engineering, etc.
2. Work Experience: More than 8 years of work experience in certification, testing or
inspection in the Textiles industry, with an emphasis on chemical compliance. Those with
chemical technical management experience in internationally renowned testing and
certification institutions or large Textiles enterprises are preferred.
3. Knowledge of Standards and Processes: Proficient in relevant standards in the domestic
and foreign Textiles industry (such as China's GB 18401, GB 31701 - 2015, Russia's TR
CU 017/2011, TR CU 007/2011, EU REACH regulations, etc.), familiar with relevant links
of Textiles production processes and quality control points.
4. Industry Influence: Have experience in holding technical lectures in the professional field
of Textiless, and be able to independently output professional technical content and share
in the industry.
5. Learning and Research Ability: Strong learning ability, able to quickly master emerging
Textiles standards and regulations, and organize the team to complete the standard
interpretation of new products and the formulation of inspection or testing plans.
6. Problem-Solving Ability: Able to analyze product quality problems from the dimensions of
material characteristics, auxiliary material use, production process, etc., and put forward
feasible improvement plans.
7. Familiar with textile production processes, capable of analyzing chemical risks or other
quality issues of textiles from such dimensions as material properties, auxiliary material
usage, and production processes, and able to put forward feasible improvement plans.
8. Familiar with compliance, testing, inspection in the textile industry, as well as resources
for quality improvement of products or production processes, and able to prepare
appropriate implementation resources for the execution of relevant service projects.
9. Language Ability: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to
independently read English chemical standards and regulations, write English technical
reports, and communicate with international customers without obstacles
