Welding Inspector

SHANDONG TIEJUN ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING CO.,LTD.(The construction of CCPP with a capacity of 1500-1600 MW

in Surkhandarya region）is looking for:

Welding inspector

1. Required experience: 3-6 years

2. Duty:

1 Preparation and review of all documents (WPS, PQR,ITP) standard procedures.

2 Preparation and review of welding RFI’s for OE Inspections.

3 Review of Engineering Drawings.

4 Witnessing the welder performance qualification test (WPQT) and preparation of welder certificate and welders ID.

5 Inspecting fit-up for conformance to WPS and drwaing requirements, dimension, orientation, etc. in piping, structural components, etc.

6 Monitoring and checking of welding activities in before, during and after.

7 Visual Inspection of pipe and structure welding in the fabrication shop and field.

8 Maintain the daily welding record.

9 Identifying quality problems, promptly reporting and documenting all the instances of Non-conformance and stopping further processing of work till its rectification.

10 Monitoring, calibration of the welding equipment and holding ovens.

11 Monitoring welding processes with pre and post-weld heat treatment process as per code and drawings for alloy materials

12 Review NDE procedure and their acceptance & rejection criteria

3.Language requirements

Fluent English,Uzbek, It is best can speak Russian.
