Andersen is looking for a Python Developer for a FinTech project with a bank in Kazakhstan. The role involves working on AI-driven enhancements to improve banking services and support digital transformation.
The customer is a leading retail bank in Kazakhstan, operating nationwide with a strong focus on consumer lending and digital financial services. As part of an international financial group, the organization offers innovative banking solutions including loans, credit and debit cards, and a high-performing mobile app. It has earned national recognition for excellence in digital transformation, financial inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
The project is focused on the AI-driven transformation of the bank’s key services. It involves integrating artificial intelligence technologies to enhance core banking processes, improve customer experience, optimize decision-making, and drive innovation across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions.
- Creating and maintaining asynchronous REST API services.
- Working with vector databases and implementing advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches.
- Containerizing and deploying applications.
Must-haves:
- Commercial development experience with Python for 4+ years.
- Higher technical education or specialized AI/ML courses.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML.
- Experience in designing and developing backend services using microservice architecture.
- Knowledge and experience with FastAPI and asyncio.
- Experience working with Docker, docker-compose, and CI/CD systems.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), with the ability to optimize queries.
- Experience working with Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
