Job Profile: The Specialist of the Material Supply Department supports the procurement and supply chain activities within the thermal power plant. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to meet the plant's operational needs. The Specialist of Material Supply Department reports to the Procurement and Contracts Manager.

Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and sourcing.
• Arrange sourcing of requested goods, works and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Maintain accurate registers of procurement-related documentation.
• Support the forecasting of material needs in collaboration with other departments.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the material supply team.
• Report to the Procurement and Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
