Job Description:
Oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Requirements and skills:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum: 2 years)
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Advanced Computer skills, including MS office (especially Excel) and ZOHO books and CRM accounting software
- Proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Russian language a strong plus
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Assist the accounts Manager in all areas of financial operations including, but not limited to, data entry, payroll, accounts receivable/payable
- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist with administrative inquiries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and files as instructed and ensure these are up to date
- Accurate input of data onto ZOHO
