About the Role: UX Writer & Localization Specialist
As the UX Writer & Localization Specialist, you will define and evolve the voice of our product. From button labels to onboarding flows, you’ll craft intuitive copy that guides users with clarity and confidence. You’ll also lead localization efforts — ensuring that our product is culturally adapted and user-friendly across multiple languages and regions.
Candidate Requirements

4+ years of experience in UX writing, product content design, or localization.

Excellent command of English (C1–C2).

Excellent command of Russian (C1–C2).

Fluency in at least one additional foreign language.

Familiarity with telecom or travel-related digital products (e.g., eSIM, mobile apps, international users).

Strong knowledge of localization workflows and tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Crowdin, etc.).

Experience creating and maintaining product glossaries, tone guidelines, and style guides.

Comfortable working with Figma and collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, user-focused, and confident writing for global audiences.

Background in linguistics, intercultural communication, or terminology management.

Experience running A/B tests and evaluating the impact of UX copy changes.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (plain language, WCAG).

Experience with multilingual support content (chat, help center, or customer journey messaging).
Key Responsibilities

Write UX copy for digital interfaces: onboarding, activation flows, plan descriptions, tooltips, in-app messages.

Adapt content for global audiences with focus on clarity, accessibility, and cultural context.

Maintain and evolve the product glossary, terminology, and localization style guide.

Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to align on terminology and create product-related documentation.

Manage localization workflows, review translations for accuracy and tone, and coordinate with linguists/vendors.

Support feature naming, terminology decisions, and multilingual messaging.

Ensure content validation through UX testing and iterative improvements.

Create and manage localization keys in Lokalise (or similar TMS).
-
Partner with proofreaders and SEO team to ensure copy consistency and search performance alignment.
