We are looking for a senior-level User Acquisition Manager (Mobile apps) to join our team

Your main tasks will be:

• Facebook Ads and Tiktok campaigns for our mobile apps
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives

We expect from you:

• Facebook and Tiktok expert, at least 2 years of experience. Meta and Tiktok certificates will be an additional advantage
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with apps and web2app
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• English is B2+ (native Russian speaker
• Knowledge of CPA networks (Adikteev, Mintegral, Remerge, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, etc.) will be a plus.
• Experience with multi-national projects
• Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc
• Campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI
• Knowledge of AppsFlyer
• Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly

Основные задачи:

• Ведение рекламных кампаний в Facebook Ads и TikTok

• Подготовка отчётов и аналитика по кампаниям: GA4, AppsFlyer, внутренние CRM и другие инструменты

• Масштабирование каналов без увеличения CPA, повышение ROI и других ключевых метрик

• Тестирование новых таргетингов, форматов рекламы, концепций лендингов и креативов

Наши ожидания:

• Эксперт в Facebook и TikTok, минимум 2 года опыта. Наличие сертификатов Meta и TikTok — плюс

• Уверенное владение Excel / Google Sheets; опыт работы с приложениями и форматами web2app

• Хорошие аналитические способности и умение интерпретировать данные

• Английский на уровне B2+ (родной русский язык)
