About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our growing team at a financial institution. This role is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from outside the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to support a high-performing and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking

  • Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial institution

    regulations

  • Support performance management, training, and development programs

  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines

    Administration:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal departments

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and documentation

  • Prepare HR and administrative reports and dashboards

  • Maintain confidential files and ensure proper documentation

    standards

  • Assist with audits and reporting requirements related to HR and

    compliance Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a financial institution

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR software tools

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory

    compliance

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in remote working tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google

    Workspace)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple

    priorities independently
