About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our growing team at a financial institution. This role is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from outside the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to support a high-performing and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking
Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial institution
regulations
Support performance management, training, and development programs
Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Administration:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal departments
Coordinate meetings, travel, and documentation
Prepare HR and administrative reports and dashboards
Maintain confidential files and ensure proper documentation
standards
Assist with audits and reporting requirements related to HR and
compliance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a financial institution
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR software tools
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory
compliance
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficient in remote working tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google
Workspace)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple
priorities independently
