Chief Commercial Officer / BDM

About the Role:

To drive the company’s strategic entry into the UAE and wider MENA market, we seek an experienced Commercial Director / Business Development Director. You will establish and scale our regional operations, owning full commercial responsibility for sales of vending machines and ingredients while building an efficient business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the regional growth strategy. Lead budgeting, planning, and KPI monitoring.
• Sales & Commercial Leadership: Manage B2B/B2G sales channels (online/offline). Define commercial policy and optimize multichannel sales structures. Drive equipment and consumables revenue targets.
• Partnerships & Negotiations: Establish contracts with corporate clients (retailers, developers, government/commercial entities). Develop strategic alliances.
• Operations Management: Ensure plan execution, sales growth, profit maximization, and competitive product/service quality.
• Team Leadership: Build (if needed), lead, and motivate commercial teams. Set targets and ensure execution.
• Reporting & Analytics:Implement commercial analytics (unit economics, KPIs). Deliver performance reports to HQ.

Requirements:

• Current UAE residency or immediate relocation readiness
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Business, or Management
• Proven experience heading commercial functions in trade/FMCG/equipment/HoReCa sectors
• Essential MENA market experience (UAE strongly preferred)
• Full business proficiency in English; Arabic highly desirable
• Track record in: business scaling, sales structure development, digital transformation (budgeting/financial analytics)
• P&L management skills and unit economics expertise
• Strong corporate negotiation capabilities
• Leadership traits with multitasking agility and results focus
