• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and current employees, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and handouts to align with company processes and goals.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and create customized learning paths.
• Monitor and assess employee progress through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees improve skills and achieve performance targets.
• Maintain detailed training records and provide reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new employees are equipped for success.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, coach, or similar role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Experience designing instructional content and using learning management systems (LMS).
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Strong command of English, especially in verbal communication and public speaking.
