PM / Team Lead (.Net)

Minsk, office.

We're looking for a PM / Team Lead to lead multiple development teams working on solutions built on the .NET technology stack with Microsoft SQL Server (additional DBs are Elastic Search, Redis). Software provides a suite of cloud-based solutions that are essential to real estate management companies, their staff, and the residents of their communities/buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for .NET-based projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliver
• Manage project using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, BA and other departments to define priorities and technical roadmaps
• Oversee architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions
• Develop engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
• Track and report on team KPI performance, using data to drive improvements in quality, delivery speed, and efficiency

• 10+ years of experience in software development (.NET), with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong hands-on technical background with .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server
• Background in managing distributed/remote teams
• Experience in designing and delivering large-scale, high-availability enterprise systems
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based architectures
• Fluent English

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with microservices
• Experience in high-transaction or payment-processing systems
