We’re hiring a Risk Manager to bring structure, foresight and strategic clarity to how we deal with uncertainty.
This is not a compliance control role. Your job is to help business see risk before it becomes a blocker — and translate fuzzy assumptions and “what-ifs” into clear decision support.
You’ll work at the intersection of product, legal, strategy, and finance — where real decisions get made and risk actually matters.
What you will do:
- Structure key assumptions and uncertainties in business decisions
-
Build scenario models and frameworks to show how uncertainty factors can affect operations, revenue, and strategy
-
Help surface exposure before it becomes a stop sign — through clear mapping, quantification and business logic
-
Develop and roll out decision templates, stress-test questions, and tools to embed risk-based thinking
-
Act as a second brain to product/legal/ops leads — helping them see second- and third-order effects of regulatory or legal decisions
What we expect:
- 3–6 years of experience in risk management, strategy, consulting, FP&A, or a related role
-
Strong analytical background: knows how to structure problems, run “what-if” tests, and unpack assumptions
-
Confident with Excel / Google Sheets for scenario building
-
Comfortable with basic probability (distributions, volatility, percentiles, etc.)
-
Can break down business processes and understand where uncertainty bites
-
Bonus: experience with scenario modeling tools (ModelRisk, SIPmath, Airtable, etc.)
-
Experience with risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO ERM & ISO 31000) is a great advantage.
-
Fluent English (B2+) - you should be able to read regulatory docs, news, communicate cross-border if needed.
What we offer:
- opportunity to work on international markets and diverse business environments
- support for professional growth through seminars, courses, trainings, and internal development programs
- competitive and transparent salary with official employment
- access to VMI (Voluntary Medical Insurance) coverage for dental services within the first two weeks of employment, extended to include spouse and children
- flexible start and end times for the working day, promoting work-life balance
- provision of paid delicious lunches and access to coffee points within the office premises
- partial reimbursement for sports and wellness activities, such as gym memberships, yoga classes, swimming pool access, etc., as well as the opportunity to engage in sessions with a psychologist (after probation period)
- hybrid work format: 2 days a week at the office, 3 days remotely
