Salesforce Developer

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a project with a Swedish consultancy. The role involves implementing and integrating Salesforce solutions to improve business processes.

The customer is a Sweden digital consultancy and certified Salesforce Partner with over a decade of experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions for international clients. Their expertise spans web and eCommerce development, analytics, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementation and integration across multiple clouds. Backed by a team of certified professionals, they help businesses design customer journeys, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience.

The project is focused on aligning processes across marketing, sales, and customer service, followed by the implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Billing modules, aligned with project architecture.
• Collaborating closely with Salesforce Architects from Salesforce Professional Services.
• Implementing business logic, custom components, and integrations related to Revenue Cloud and CPQ/Billing flows.
• Customizing product configuration, pricing models, subscription logic, and invoicing processes.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing CPQ/Billing implementations.
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and regular reviews.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and actively contributing to sprint goals.
• Documenting technical solutions and configurations.

Must-haves:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ/Billing for 2+ years.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and general Salesforce coding skills.
• Experience in product configuration, quote-to-cash processes, and subscription models.
• Confident working in fast-paced environments alongside Salesforce architects.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, automation (Flows, Process Builder) and API integrations.
• Good understanding of data models, pricing logic, and billing automation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with international teams.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
