Think of it as Duolingo for runners — deeply personalized, behavior-driven, and built to keep users consistent and motivated. We’re already backed by key partnerships, including the Almaty Marathon, and we’re expanding fast.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer who can own both UX/UI and help define what we build next. You’ll take ideas from napkin sketch to live feature — driving design, prototyping, and requirements alongside the founding team and engineers.

You'll be the force that translates rough ideas into clear, delightful user experiences and specs that engineers love. If you want to shape real products end-to-end (not just polish Figma files), you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Work On

- Own UX/UI for core web and mobile products (Figma or similar)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features
- Build and maintain a lightweight design system and reusable components
- Work with founders and engineers to define product requirements and user stories
- Lead quick user interviews and feedback sessions to validate direction
- Review features before launch to ensure designs are built as intended
- Set up and iterate on our design process and tools

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in product, UI, or UX design (startup or agency preferred)
- Track record of shipping real products from zero-to-one
- Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into actionable specs
- Strong communicator with engineers and non-designers alike
- Fast prototyper — you work iteratively and bias for delivery over perfection
- Can run basic user testing and use feedback to improve designs
- Bonus: experience with product management or writing user stories
