Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and pursue high-potential leads through industry events, networking, and targeted outreach.
Consultative Selling – Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client pain points and present FleetPro TMS as a solution that drives measurable ROI.
Pipeline Management – Use CRM tools to manage sales funnels, track performance metrics, and forecast revenue.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in E-Sales targeting the international markets, U.S logistics industry would be a plus.
Understanding of U.S. freight operations, including dispatching, compliance, fleet management, and brokerage processes.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of English/Russian and Uzbek Languages
