Scrum Master - Cruise Industry / Скрам Мастер

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting one of the world’s leading cruise companies. In this role, you will facilitate Agile development practices for a multinational team of 6–8 developers and a Business Product Owner (PO). This remote role requires availability from 5 am to 1 pm EST and fluency in both English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Guide Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives.
• Prioritize backlog with PO, eliminate impediments and track progress.
• Support PO in grooming features and drive your team’s participation in the PI planning.
• Facilitate trust, transparent and open communication, and self-organization.
• Plan and Manage team’s releases.
• Mentor team on Agile practices, fostering collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments (at least 3 years on commercial projects).
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Scrum or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to think out of the box on solving conflicting requirements is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of web technologies, deployment cycles , Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with Release planning and management
• PI planning experience is preferred.
