Our client is an international consumer goods company with long-standing presence on Russian market and several well-known brands.
Role:
Develop and manage the e-commerce content strategy, SEO roadmap, and budget for all online retail channels.
Lead, mentor, and oversee the E-content team (4 people), setting clear KPIs and driving performance.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key online retailers, creative agencies, and service partners.
Drive the creation and deployment of compelling commercial content: rich content, banners, landing pages, and brand zones - in line with the marketing calendar.
Adapt global brand campaigns and key launch materials for optimal performance on digital retail platforms.
Write effective creative briefs for designers and copywriters and manage agency workflows to ensure high-quality output.
Analyze content performance through data (A/B testing, CTR, CR), conduct competitor analysis, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and project success.
Candidate:
Higher education (preferably in Marketing or Management) with 3+ years of experience in commercial/brand content.
In-depth knowledge of the digital content landscape and proven team leadership experience.
A strategic and critical thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure and visualize information effectively.
Proactive, responsible, and skilled in multitasking and time management.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with Figma experience as a plus.
