Our client is an international consumer goods company with long-standing presence on Russian market and several well-known brands.

Role:

  • Develop and manage the e-commerce content strategy, SEO roadmap, and budget for all online retail channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the E-content team (4 people), setting clear KPIs and driving performance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key online retailers, creative agencies, and service partners.
  • Drive the creation and deployment of compelling commercial content: rich content, banners, landing pages, and brand zones - in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Adapt global brand campaigns and key launch materials for optimal performance on digital retail platforms.
  • Write effective creative briefs for designers and copywriters and manage agency workflows to ensure high-quality output.
  • Analyze content performance through data (A/B testing, CTR, CR), conduct competitor analysis, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and project success.

Candidate:

  • Higher education (preferably in Marketing or Management) with 3+ years of experience in commercial/brand content.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital content landscape and proven team leadership experience.
  • A strategic and critical thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure and visualize information effectively.
  • Proactive, responsible, and skilled in multitasking and time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with Figma experience as a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
