At Netcracker you will manage and integrate modern SaaS platforms, design sustainable architectures, and align technical solutions with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic, cross-system projects in a global environment, combining technical expertise with business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of corporate IT systems and SaaS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Marketo, Cursor, Figma, etc.);
- Oversee access management processes, including account creation, modification, and deactivation in compliance with security policies;
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity, automation, and sustainable architecture;
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability of mission-critical services;
- Manage software licensing and compliance across the enterprise;
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and new platform rollouts;
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise architecture;
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements;
- Conduct impact assessments for new initiatives, evaluating risks, dependencies, and technical feasibility;
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for cross-system and high-priority projects;
- Develop and enforce IT security standards, including MFA, role-based access control, and incident response procedures;
- Define and maintain analysis and documentation standards, templates, and best practices;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline;
- 5+ years combined experience in system administration and business analysis within enterprise environments;
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, networking concepts, security protocols, and data protection regulations;
- Proven experience managing integrations via APIs, automation scripts, and middleware platforms;
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end;
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional decision-making skills;
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and business process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured, sustainable solutions;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve critical incidents quickly.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for vendor communication, documentation, and executive presentations.
