Thanks to a well-established marketing system and a strong product team, interested users visit the platform every day. They are already familiar with the product and actively using it, but they need guidance and a personalized approach to stay and explore more paid features.

This is where you come in. We’re looking for a professional who will take ownership of a key area — developing and deepening client interest. Your goal is not just to respond but to understand the client's motivation, uncover real needs, and turn a casual user into a loyal customer.

This is not about scripts or automated funnels. It’s real, intellectual, creative selling — built on the ability to catch the moment and speak to the client's needs in their language.

Key responsibilities:

  • Present the service and quickly assess the client’s goals, identifying key needs and growth opportunities.

  • Craft personalized offers that clearly show how the platform can solve the client’s pain points.

  • Handle a high volume of initial contacts: cold outreach with a focus on relevance and individual value.

  • Respond promptly to inbound requests — maintain momentum and engage clients at the right moment.

  • Address objections, clearly communicate the product’s value, and guide conversations to logical outcomes (registration, purchase, engagement).

  • Track activity and results, continuously improving communication strategy and outreach efficiency.

Ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in cold sales, B2B communication, or client support.

  • Skilled in sales techniques and negotiation, especially in written form.

  • Capable of writing persuasive, engaging texts tailored to each client (without relying on templates or ChatGPT).

  • Thinks strategically and adapts their approach to different audiences.

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

  • Confident, resilient under pressure, and persistent.

  • A true communicator: listens, understands, and persuades effectively.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — all communication with clients is in English.
