About the role
As a part-time junior recruiter, you will help find and screen top IT talent. You will receive structured training, 1-on-1 mentorship, and ready-to-use playbooks and templates to guide your work. You will collaborate with an international team, gaining hands-on experience across the entire hiring funnel — from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards (e.g., hh.ru, Habr Career), Telegram, etc.
- Send outreach messages and handle inbound applications.
- Run short screening calls (15–20 minutes) using a checklist.
- Keep the ATS/spreadsheets tidy (statuses, notes, sources).
- Post/update job ads and help schedule interviews.
Requirements
- English B2 level — confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Availability of ~20 hours/week with overlap in European business hours (CET/CEST).
- Organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
- Based outside the Russian Federation (we cannot hire candidates residing there).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Nice to have (great if you have them, but not required)
- Basic knowledge of common IT roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or any ATS/CRM.
- Familiarity with Boolean/X-Ray searches or GitHub sourcing.
