Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create comprehensive and accurate documentation in Confluence, including detailed feature descriptions, use cases, process flows, and diagrams
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks in JIRA, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with project timelines
• Monitor and manage changes to requirements through defined change management processes
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and internal teams in a structured and timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar role in a software or product development environment
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to identify gaps, dependencies, and risks in requirements and workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Russian language proficiency (spoken, as required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
