About Us:
Premier Trucking Group INC, with offices in Uzbekistan and the USA, is a U.S.-based logistics company with a fleet of 70 trucks and 70 trailers. We are looking for a proactive and creative SMM Specialist to manage and develop our social media presence, including Instagram and other platforms, and to strengthen our company and HR brand.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will independently create and implement content strategies, produce engaging visual and video content about our office team and company culture, and promote our brand across social media channels. This role requires strong mobile photography and videography skills, creativity, and the ability to grow our social media audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness;

• Create photo and video content featuring office employees, company events, and other internal activities;

• Promote both the corporate brand and HR brand through social media campaigns;

• Independently manage posting schedules, engagement, and growth metrics;

• Collaborate with the team to align content with company values and objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong mobile photography and videography skills; ability to shoot and edit content independently;

• Experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram;

• Good command of English and Russian (written and spoken);

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented;

• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company publicly.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 17:00–02:00 (Tashkent time). Flexible options of 3–4 days per week may be considered;

• Office location: Yunusabad, with comfortable working conditions;

• Official employment provided.
