Purchase of necessary goods and services to the office
Transportation arrangements for employees (taxi, VIP cars, shuttle bus)
Accommodation of employees and visitors of the company
Booking hotel rooms upon request
Booking and purchase airline/train tickets upon request
Registering in and out parcels via post company and delivery service
Registering all incoming letters and documents delivered to the office into a logbook
Arranging documents shipping via post company
Arranging courier deliveries of documents via taxi service or office driver
Answering phone calls and transfer to respective colleague
Responsible for medical kit (replenishing, dispensing of harmless medication)
Translation services if necessary
Monitoring contracts with the hotels and airline company on a constant basis
