The Sales Operations SOW Approval Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization meets its targets with a strong focus on supporting the approval process for corporate contracts
This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills
Coordination of internal approval process of corporate contracts including final documents review and summary set up in ticketing system (JIRA) and validation with necessary departments for contract approval
Coordination of pre-sales activities:
Internal contract review and review for compliance against corporate / internal policies
Manage internal approval process of corporate contracts including calculation of deals’ as sold effective rates
Pipeline support participation
Approval of customer purchase orders
Coordination of conference calls related to contracts review with internal stakeholders, tracking of meeting notes in English
Constant communication with global sales team and other departments such as finance, legal, delivery, sales, etc
Qualification:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written forms in English
Operational experience with the Microsoft suite (excel, ppt, word)
Strong understanding and experience in working in a global sales team or with a global sales team
Familiarity with any Sales Force automation tool
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
