Identifying staffing needs, labor market analysis, and cooperation with educational institutions and employment services.
Recruitment, assessment, interviewing, and hiring of employees; organization of onboarding, internships, and training programs.
Participation in HR decisions regarding hiring, transfers, promotions, dismissals, and disciplinary actions.
Building and maintaining a talent pool, career development planning, and staff rotation.
Conducting performance appraisals, efficiency evaluations, motivation programs, and team-building initiatives.
Participation in the development of HR policies and strategies; maintaining the personnel database.
