Responsibilities:

  • Workforce planning and organizational structure alignment in accordance with company goals and strategy.

  • Identifying staffing needs, labor market analysis, and cooperation with educational institutions and employment services.

  • Recruitment, assessment, interviewing, and hiring of employees; organization of onboarding, internships, and training programs.

  • Participation in HR decisions regarding hiring, transfers, promotions, dismissals, and disciplinary actions.

  • Building and maintaining a talent pool, career development planning, and staff rotation.

    Conducting performance appraisals, efficiency evaluations, motivation programs, and team-building initiatives.

  • Participation in the development of HR policies and strategies; maintaining the personnel database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Аluent in Russian, Kazakh and English
  • Solid HR experience, preferably in Pharma
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
