WHAT WE EXPECT:

CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in shifts 3/3 (day shifts from 09.00 am till 09.30 pm; night shifts from 09.00 pm till 09.00 am)
• Pre-arrival follow up with guests
• Pre-arrival room inspection
• Personal greeting upon arrival / accompanying service at departure
• Coffee delivery to the room as an extra service for wake-up call
• Personal assistance to guests in any of their inquiries
• Coordination of guests’ requests with hotel departments
• Hotel inspections upon request
