We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer requests via work chats.

  • Resolve client issues or escalate more complex cases to the relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Knowledge of basic payment system principles is a plus.

  • Сomputer/laptop and reliable internet connection — we’ll provide all necessary software and access.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.

  • Fluent Russian; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
