Social Links is a leading global OSINT company headquartered in the US, integrating data from over 500 open sources: social media, messengers, blockchains, and the Dark Web – to deliver cutting-edge solutions for investigations, compliance, and risk analytics. Our Open Data & AI platform powers hundreds of organizations across 80+ countries.

We’re looking for a Recruiter (6-Month Contract) who can keep our talent pipeline full and help us build exceptional IT teams. You’ll own end-to-end sourcing, screening, and hiring for roles ranging from Software Engineers to DevOps Specialists and Data Scientists. Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process: from crafting job descriptions and posting to screening, interviewing, and extending offers (for primarily IT positions).
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage job boards, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and our ATS to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, team culture, and growth plans.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality IT candidates for current and future needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on IT/technical roles.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing technology stacks, software development lifecycles, and common IT certifications.
  • Tools & Techniques: Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; adept at building rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organization & Drive: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a knack for proactive follow-up.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, and embraces new tools or processes.
