Responsibilities:

Daily Operational Communication

  • Participation in briefings, calls, and presentations;

  • Communication regarding advertising materials and reports.

Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Receiving advertising materials from clients and launching advertising campaigns;

  • Monitoring spending for each client and timely notification about the need to replenish the budget;

  • Providing recommendations for changes in advertising campaigns (creative replacement, optimization, managing daily budgets, campaign analytics, etc.).

Document Management and Reporting:

  • Preparing summary reports for clients on their advertising campaigns;

  • Maintaining the agency's internal reports.

Preparation and Coordination of Technical Tasks:

  • Collecting and structuring information from clients;

  • Assigning tasks to teams (design, copywriters, etc.).

Participation in Internal Meetings:

  • Active participation in team meetings and onboarding sessions.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in advertising as an Account Manager;

  • Previous experience working with advertising agencies;

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns;

  • Understanding of reporting principles;

  • Would be a plus:

  • Experience as an account manager in the gambling industry;

  • Very good English proficiency, as communication in English may be required in the future;

  • Understanding of how to work with pixels and postbacks.

  • Additional:

  • Possibility to attend conferences in the future after successfully completing the probation period.

  • Polite and professional communication with clients;

  • Ability to resolve unexpected client conflicts smoothly; stress resistance;

  • Ability to analyze and interpret metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, cost2reg, cost2dep;

  • English proficiency at B1/B2+ level;

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as manage large advertising budgets;

  • Experience working with creatives.

  • Understand Agency Processes and Structure:
  • Familiarize yourself with internal processes, team interactions (design, media, copywriting, etc.), the CRM system, and communication tools.

  • Successfully Onboard the First 2–3 Clients:

  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage deadlines, communication, and task execution control.

  • Establish High-Quality Client Communication:

  • Show the ability to understand client needs, maintain effective communication, and demonstrate flexibility in dialogue.

  • Demonstrate Teamwork Skills:

  • Actively engage and collaborate with the team to achieve positive results.

  • Understand the purpose and methodology of different types of reports. Dive into analytics and ensure timely report preparation. Monitor spending.
