- Has a thorough knowledge of the hotel services offered and expertise on the spa product and treatment menu list. Is looking for constant spa sales to increase and achieve both guest satisfaction and financial objectives
- Is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Manager Recreation, which the associate is capable of performing.
- Is able to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
