Servicing clients under brokerage service agreements, including conducting operations on client accounts in the accounting system (maintaining registers of orders, monitoring timely execution of client instructions, maintaining and updating client files)
Ensuring timely and proper execution of transactions (including purchase and sale of securities, currency conversion, deposit placement, corporate actions, etc.)
Preparing and submitting directive documents to custodians, foreign settlement organizations, and other institutions, including execution of foreign currency payments and work with currency legislation
Participating in the preparation of requirements for back-office process automation
Working with client inquiries regarding brokerage reports, generating notifications and other information for brokerage service clients
Interacting with brokers, depositories, and counterparties on issues related to securities transaction execution
Maintaining up-to-date accounting of brokerage service clients' assets, revaluation of financial instruments, and calculation of brokerage fees
Reconciling internal asset accounting system data with data from custodians, foreign settlement organizations, and other nominal holders
Requirements:
Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
Experience in the securities market (Experience in the back office of a brokerage company, asset management company, or bank's custodial department is preferred)
Basic knowledge of IFRS principles. Accounting knowledge related to revaluation and accounting of financial instruments
Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills)
Experience with financial instrument accounting software (1C, Qort, etc.), banking and depository software (Avenir, AIX share, ARM - as an advantage)
English - Intermediate level
