Assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Helping to allocate resources.
Tracking and reporting project progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, and preparing project documentation (e.g., reports, meeting minutes, risk assessments).
Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration of technologies.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and assisting in quality control processes in cooperation with QC/QA specialist.
Managing project-related administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking expenses.
Coordination with the subcontractors, monitoring their activities and providing reports.
Supporting the project/Site manager, evaluating and verifying the subcontractors’ invoices and
Maintaining accurate records of document versions, revisions, and approvals.
Facilitating access to accurate information for relevant personnel and subcontractors.
Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
