QA engineer

Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.

Now we are looking for QA Engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for test design, test planning, and test execution of software delivery, including end-to-end lifecycle testing, by working closely with a project team around the world consisting of product managers, test engineers, and developers to deliver solution of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of an international team of highly experienced technical consultants to deliver complex supply chain and optimization solutions;
• Plan and estimate tests workload, ability to define test plans that describe the testing approach;
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end workflow tests including functional, integration, and regression test suites based on business requirements;
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues to drive towards root cause identification and resolution;
• Provide quality status at key milestones through the project and test summary reports at the conclusion of each release via test reports;
• Manage test environments (deployment using Installation Instructions, application customization, test users configuration);
• Provide continuous improvement on the testing process and way of working.

• 2+ years of QA experience;
• 2-4 projects working experience;
• Experience testing mobile as well as web applications;
• Strong testing skills – include the ability to create, execute, and document detailed test strategies, test plans and test cases.
• Able to accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules.
• Tests covered - manual functional, UI, cross-browser, back-end/server-side;
• Complex business logic testing (finance, medicine domains or so).
• Experienced with Scrum, XP, or other Agile methodologies;
• Spoken English - Intermediate and higher

• Web Services testing - at least understanding what it is and how to test it;
• Participation in UAT and releasing the projects.
