SoftMaster — fast-growing IT company in the iGaming industry with 700+ employees worldwide. Our products are used by leading online casinos.

Work format: Office in Minsk
Schedule: 2/2 night shifts, 00:00–11:00

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues for B2B clients and internal teams.

  • Analyze incidents, bugs, and logs.

  • Work closely with fellow support team members to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Communicate with clients in English (written only).

Requirements:

  • English B2+ (confident written communication).

  • Experience in technical support or IT.

  • Log analysis skills and problem-solving mindset.

  • Completed higher education.
