Night Manager

Responsibilities:

- ensures balance between customer service and operational needs

- continuously offers professional service to guests according to hotel standards

- responsible for the hotel operation at night

Reporting to Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms & Maintenance

Qualifications:

- university / college degree

- 2+ years of experience on similar roles in hotels

- strong leadership skills

- strong guest service orientation and conflicts resolution skills

- advanced communications - listening, reading and writing - and interpersonal skills

- advanced English
