UX designer in Fintech

We are looking for a UX Designer to work on improving the user experience of our mobile app and web platform in fintech.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve design solutions based on research and product goals;
- Optimize the UX of the mobile app and web platform;
- Conduct UX research: competitive analysis, interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis;
- Monitor and implement current UX and UI trends;
- Collaborate with the product team, designers, analysts, and developers at all stages of the design process.

Requirements:
- A portfolio featuring fintech projects and UX cases;
- Proficiency in Figma and UX analytics tools;
- Structured thinking, strong visual sense, and attention to detail;
- B2+ English (spoken and written).
