Business Analyst with Multilingual Support and Cross-Domain Experience
Multilingual Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience across diverse digital product domains (healthcare, fintech, public sector, etc.). Skilled in requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and translating business goals into clear, actionable specifications for cross-functional teams. Fluent in Polish (B2+) and English, enabling direct collaboration with Polish-speaking clients, end users, and project teams. Strong documentation and modeling skills across regulatory-heavy environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and interviews in Polish and English to gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare bilingual specifications, wireframe annotations, and workflows for development teams.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT for bilingual user bases.
- Analyze integration points (e.g., REST APIs, databases, external vendor platforms) and describe system behaviors.
- Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios based on Polish-language input cases and edge scenarios.
- Assist in pre-sales support and tender preparation for Polish government and enterprise clients.
- Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders across language and cultural gaps.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Polish customers
- Familiarity with Polish legal documentation in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, healthcare)
- Prior involvement in localization or translation of digital products for the Polish market
