Основные обязанности:

• Участвовать в разработке бэкенд-сервисов и API для обеспечения производительности.

• Взаимодействовать с командой при проектировании и внедрении новых функций.

• Писать чистый, поддерживаемый и тестируемый код под руководством более опытных разработчиков.

• Участвовать в ревью кода.

• Помогать в поиске и устранении багов.

Требования:

• 1+ год опыта в разработке.

• Хорошее знание Ruby и Ruby on Rails.

• Базовое понимание работы в среде Linux и основных инструментов разработки.

• Желание учиться, развиваться и брать ответственность за свою работу.

• Умение работать в команде и хорошие коммуникативные навыки.

Будет плюсом:

• Интерес или опыт работы с высоконагруженными и отказоустойчивыми системами.

• Опыт или знания в области VoIP-систем и протоколов.

• Базовые знания английского языка.

We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer with a solid understanding of Ruby and a desire to grow within a dynamic backend team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to contribute to real-world projects and develop in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of backend services and APIs to ensure system responsiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with team members in designing and implementing new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously learn from feedback.
• Work with the team to troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in backend development.

• Good knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

• Basic understanding of Linux environment and software development tools.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience or interest in high-load and fault-tolerant systems.
• Exposure to VoIP systems and protocols.
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
